  • Payment:

  • Payment for services is due immediately after the completion of each service. Clients are required to pay the total amount for the service in cash or by credit card. In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with current legislation. Non-payment within the specified time may result in additional charges and collection actions.

  • Responsibility for personal belongings:

    The vehicle owner is responsible for completely emptying their vehicle before any service. Shiny Car cannot be held responsible for the loss, forgetfulness, or disappearance of personal belongings left in the vehicle after the service. By accepting the services, the client agrees to ensure that no valuable or personal items are in the vehicle at the time of the intervention.

  • Possible damages:

    Shiny Car is committed to carrying out services with the utmost care. However, Shiny Car cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Any deterioration or anomalies noted before the service must be reported prior to the intervention.

  • Weather conditions:

    In the event of adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, strong winds, for example), Shiny Car reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service to ensure the quality of the service. In this case, the client will be informed as soon as possible and a new appointment will be scheduled.

  • Public liability:

    Shiny Car has professional liability insurance covering damages that may occur during the intervention on the vehicle.

  • Price changes:

    Shiny Car reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices in effect at the time of booking will be applied to the client.

  • Limitation of liability:

    Shiny Car cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of income or other harm that may occur as a result of a service.

  • Force majeure:

    Shiny Car will not be held responsible for delays or impossibilities in carrying out a service in the event of force majeure (breakdown, accident, bad weather, strike, etc.).
